I have been working out for over 20 years. I’ve attended classes, worked with trainers, participated in challenges, and logged many hours on many machines. Through all of my efforts, I wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted to see. No matter how stuck or discouraged I felt, Brad continued to support my efforts. I finally took action and cleaned up my eating and with my continued training sessions with Brad, I began to see huge results. Brad is enthusiastic, motivating and fun to work with. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of mind and body fitness and has been an invaluable support to me over the last several years! I look forward to my workouts now and I feel stronger and healthier than I have in more than 25 years!
