As a former world-ranked pro boxer, I have always understood: if you want to get stronger quicker, you practice, train, and apply discipline and then you get better. What I am discovering with Brad’s classes is that you can train your mind and your nervous system to improve along with your body. I started Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes to get a new workout and to see why it seems to be such an anti-aging secret. What I am getting with Brad’s classes is better sleep, a balanced sense of myself, and my “adulting” seems to have really improved. I am strangely losing weight and strengthening my body with such slow mindful movements. I look forward to our classes. Brad’s patience, compassion, and respect for his art is so inspiring and his talent to help others is apparent. He also has a great sense of humor which helps in learning a healing process.
