When I started the CORE strength class with Brad, I only expected to get stronger. Now in my 50s I have more strength, stamina, focus and flexibility than at any previous point in my life. We work hard in class and leave with additional tools to get us through the rest of the week. I have the confidence and inspiration to try new things while regularly assessing and adjusting my personal goals. For the first time, I am free of chronic pain and I look forward to exercising.
