I have been working out with Brad for over a year. Each workout is different and he gets me to do things with my body that I would never do on my own. I am 66 years old and his workouts have improved my core strength and fitness. I enjoy our conversations during the workout and have learned about proper techniques for the exercises and proper breathing.
