Classes – Abby

To say Brad’s classes are life-changing is underestimating the effects and benefits I have received. Spirit changing, body changing, and completely empowering. A plethora of tools and life skills. As a world-ranked former pro-boxer, I have always understood that if you want to get stronger quicker, you practice, train and apply discipline, and then you get better. What I am discovering with Brad’s classes is that you can train your mind and your nervous system to improve along with your that have centered my whole self and moved me into strength I have only seen in my dreams.

CORE – Erin

When I started the CORE strength class with Brad, I only expected to get stronger. Now in my 50s I have more strength, stamina, focus and flexibility than at any previous point in my life. We work hard in class and leave with additional tools to get us through the rest of the week. I have the confidence and inspiration to try new things while regularly assessing and adjusting my personal goals. For the first time, I am free of chronic pain and I look forward to exercising.

Personal Training – Jeff

I have been working out with Brad for over a year.  Each workout is different and he gets me to do things with my body that I would never do on my own.  I am 66 years old and his workouts have improved my core strength and fitness.  I enjoy our conversations during the workout and have learned about proper techniques for the exercises and proper breathing.  He built my program based on my fitness level and is always mindful of how I feel during the workout.  His 20 plus years as a personal trainer shows with his in-depth knowledge of the body.  I am a customer for life and really enjoy my time with Brad.  I highly recommend Brad.

Tai Chi/Qi Gong – Sonya

As a former world-ranked pro boxer, I have always understood: if you want to get stronger quicker, you practice, train, and apply discipline and then you get better. What I am discovering with Brad’s classes is that you can train your mind and your nervous system to improve along with your body. I started Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes to get a new workout and to see why it seems to be such an anti-aging secret. What I am getting with Brad’s classes is better sleep, a balanced sense of myself, and my “adulting” seems to have really improved. I am strangely losing weight and strengthening my body with such slow mindful movements. I look forward to our classes. Brad’s patience, compassion, and respect for his art is so inspiring and his talent to help others is apparent. He also has a great sense of humor which helps in learning a healing process.

I have been a client of Brad’s for over 10 years.  He is a lifetime learner, in addition to decades of experience in massage therapy, he is also a personal trainer, martial arts practitioner, and energy worker.  As an amateur athlete active in several sports, he has helped me recover from injuries, overuse and has helped me maintain my physical activity as I age.  His knowledge, intuition, and compassion have made me a loyal fan, I recommend him wholeheartedly.  Thank you, Brad, for always meeting me where I am now and knowing what I need to live the life I love.

Personal Training – Deb

I have been working out for over 20 years. I’ve attended classes, worked with trainers, participated in challenges, and logged many hours on many machines. Through all of my efforts, I wasn’t seeing the results that I wanted to see. No matter how stuck or discouraged I felt, Brad continued to support my efforts. I finally took action and cleaned up my eating and with my continued training sessions with Brad, I began to see huge results. Brad is enthusiastic, motivating and fun to work with. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of mind and body fitness and has been an invaluable support to me over the last several years! I look forward to my workouts now and I feel stronger and healthier than I have in more than 25 years!
