I currently teach four public classes each week

Tai Chi: The format for my Tai Chi classes stems from 18 years of formal study in Qi Gong and Tai Chi with Master Dr. Don Zhang. Classes are a fusion of Tai Chi forms, Qi Gong energetic principles, and Kung Fu strength holds. I strive to make my classes calming and centering while also helping my students to become energized and internally focused.

Classes are just 50 minutes so you can fit your self-care into your busy day.  Drop-in any time! 

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11 am

Tai Chi classes are taught outdoors at Ramsey Park.

Drop-in Rate: $20 per class 


CORE class:
As a ZHealth Certified Movement Specialist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Gymnast;  I create a focused and stringent CORE class using ZHealth, Yoga, Pilates, and skeletal alignment principles.

This is an advanced class and spots are limited, therefore preregistration is required. Contact me to register or for more info!


Mondays: 4:30pm

Wednesdays: 430 pm 

4-week session (2 classes per week): $160

Single Class drip-in: $25
