I’m Brad Allen, CPT, LMT, personal trainer, and healer. As a trainer and fitness professional, I offer a unique blend of yoga, multiple forms of martial arts, bodybuilding, powerlifting,  gymnastics, ZHealth, pilates, and skeletal alignment principles to provide to unique and invigorating practice for all fitness levels. What keeps me passionate about my work is the understanding that a high quality of life depends on a healthy, strong, flexible and balanced body.  

As a healer, I offer both traditional massage and Jin Shin Jyutsu bodywork, or a combination – depending on your personal needs.
